Round up of Award Ceremonies

Last week we took our place in the final of both the Sussex Business Awards and Builder and Engineer Awards but how did we fare?

Manufacturer of the Year

The first ceremony of the week was the Builder and Engineer Awards held at Liverpool Football Club’s new Main Stand. We faced tough competition in the Manufacturer of the Year category and unfortunately we were edged out to the award on this occasion. However, despite not winning the award we’re delighted to have reached the final in a national award that has been going for 13 years.

Innovation in Business

Following the Builder and Engineer Awards, our attentions turned to the Sussex Business Awards, which were held at the Grand Hotel in Brighton. Up against stiff competition, we were unfortunately unable to secure the award but we’re delighted to have been shortlisted in the final of a category that is something we pride ourselves on.

Core value of innovation

We continually strive to innovate in our three key areas of engineering, customers and organisation. Our nominations for these awards included all three areas and you can read how we go the extra mile for our customers and value company culture so highly on our blog.

What next?

So we didn’t manage to secure an award this year but that will not stop us from continuing to innovate and work hard to ensure we’re collecting one next year!
